1st IPB-SNU Green Bio Science Forum
The 1st IPB–SNU Green-Bio Science Forum was successfully held at IPB University on February 9, 2023. The event was jointly organized by IPB University and Seoul National University (SNU), with support from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
During the Forum, distinguished faculty members and researchers from both universities delivered lectures and presentations across a wide range of disciplines, including agriculture, biotechnology, biomedicine, and veterinary medicine. These sessions introduced participants to cutting-edge research approaches and collaborative models that have contributed to advancing sustainable agricultural and bioscience practices in both countries.
The Forum served as an academic and professional platform for knowledge exchange, drawing together members of the scientific community, policy-makers, industry experts, and academia. Participants engaged in productive discussions on the current state and future directions of green-bio science, focusing on how Korea’s strategies in agricultural innovation and bioscience development could provide valuable lessons and collaborative opportunities for Indonesia.
Overall, the 1st IPB–SNU Green-Bio Science Forum marked a significant milestone in strengthening the bilateral partnership between IPB University and Seoul National University.
