2nd On-site Capacity Building Workshop
Remodeling, Operation, and Human Resource Development of NICAB
The 2nd KOICA-ICAB On-Site Training was held on December 14, 2023, bringing together key stakeholders of KOICA-ICAB to exchange ideas and insights. This event served as a platform for meaningful discussions on the program’s impact and future directions, fostering collaboration among participants. The training aimed to strengthen networks between institutions and professionals, enhancing the effectiveness of KOICA-ICAB initiatives in advancing research and capacity building.
One of the highlights of the event was a panel discussion featuring the heads of laboratories from IPB, UI, and UGM, who explored opportunities for collaboration among their institutions. The discussion focused on establishing joint research projects, sharing resources, and strengthening laboratory cooperation to enhance scientific and technological advancements. Additionally, the training featured trainees from the 1st Short-Term Training and 1st Mid-Term Training, who shared their valuable experiences and insights.
